Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Showtime Circus Training - where talent meets teamwork and sparkles meet structure. By joining our training programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to keep everyone safe, supported, and shining their brightest.

1. Commitment & Attendance

Training runs throughout the academic year (Jan-June).

By accepting a place, you commit to attending all scheduled training sessions unless previously agreed otherwise in writing.

This is a developmental programme, not a drop-in activity and so consistent attendance is essential for progress.

If you are attending a trial session using a scholarship voucher, the £50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance on the date selected on the registration form.

2. Flexibility & Last-Minute Changes

Due to the nature of training and venue availability, sessions may occasionally need to change in timing or location.

We will always give you as much notice as possible, but by joining, you accept that flexibility is required.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

All students are expected to represent Showtime Circus with kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times.

Poor behaviour, disrespect towards teachers or peers, or any actions that may bring STC into disrepute may result in removal from the programme.

Children must arrive on time, ready to work hard and have fun.

4. Uniform & Equipment

Showtime Circus uniform must be worn at all training sessions unless advised otherwise.

This includes appropriate footwear and tidy hair where required for safety.

Students must also respect all equipment and follow teacher instructions for safe use.

5. Parent/Guardian Behaviour Policy

We expect parents/guardians to champion the positive culture of STC and be part of our supportive community.

You agree:

• To act respectfully toward staff, other families, and the STC brand.

• Not to copy or replicate any part of our structure, ideas, or intellectual property for business or personal gain.

• To work with us in the best interests of the children and the group as a whole.

6. Communication

We’ll keep you informed via email, WhatsApp, or your preferred method.

You agree to check communications regularly and respond promptly when needed.

7. Inclusion & Safeguarding

Showtime Circus is a proudly inclusive space. We welcome students of all backgrounds and abilities.

All safeguarding policies apply during training sessions.

8. Agreement

By joining Showtime Circus Training, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these terms.

• You agree to uphold them throughout the academic year.

• You understand that failure to meet expectations may result in removal from the programme.
